Schedule: Monday - Friday
5- 30 hours a week
Hourly Range:
$15.92 -$18.00
Teacher
(2.5 - 5 Years Old)
Responsibilities:
-
Bring lessons to life and guide children through fun, hands-on activities
-
Create a safe, happy, and engaging classroom
-
Support each child’s growth, confidence, and curiosity
-
Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
-
Lead with kindness, energy, and encouragement
-
Make every child feel valued, supported, and inspired
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED (required),
-
6-9 months of experience working in a childcare setting
-
Must pass a background check
-
CDA (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Child Development &
Operations Lead
Responsibilities:
-
Ability to open and close the center and manage daily readiness
-
Comfortable working in the main office as the primary point of contact
-
Strong communication with families (greeting, check-in/out, questions)
-
Organized and dependable with schedules, attendance, and records
-
Able to support teachers as needed without leading classroom instruction
-
Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma required
-
2-3 years' experience in a childcare center, school office, or administrative role
-
Familiarity with NJ childcare licensing, safety, and attendance procedures (or willingness to learn)
-
CPR & First Aid certified (or able to obtain)
-
Must pass state background checks
College Intern
(2.5 - 5 Years Old)
Responsibilities:
-
Support teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
-
Assist in implementing lessons and hands-on learning experiences
-
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
-
Engage with children through play, reading, and small-group activities
-
Observe and support children’s social and developmental needs
-
Model positive interactions and professional behavior
Qualifications:
-
Currently enrolled in a college program in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
-
Basic knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices
-
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or must obtain before working directly with children)
-
Willingness to learn, observe, and follow classroom procedures
-
Strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism
